Damage Deposit
We expect that our guests will treat our home as they would their own and do not charge a damage deposit. However, guests will be responsible for the cost of lost keys or remotes, excess wear and tear or damages.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit plus the 12.5% room tax is payable upon reservation confirmation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made directly with us do not incur any booking fees, but reservations made through other channels, such as VRBO, may incur additional fees. We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle or wire transfer. Payments made at least 14 days prior to arrival may also be made by check.
