We absolutely LOVED staying on this property. The house is just as pictured. It’s open and airy and with the sound of the ocean like a constant state of relaxation.

Management was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We were picked us up at the airport and shown the space. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

Oh my husband and I were blown away! Waves crashing right outside to lull you to sleep. Beautiful home! We’ve been to St. Croix over a dozen times. Stayed at many places. This one is the best! You literally can suds up your hair in the shower and see and hear the Ocean crashing on the rocks below and see the horizon. We seen a giant Stingray off the patio. Everything was perfect!!

This is a beautiful villa with a private pool. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing into the shore line as you sleep or as you dine on the decks The house is with walking distance to Cane Bay for swimming or snorkeling and there are several restaurants very close. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay on the north side of island. Next time we are in St. Croix we are definitely staying here.

Can’t beat this house for convenience to Cane Bay and walking distance to 5 restaurants/bars. Sitting on the porches you feel like you are on your private balcony on a cruise ship. Alan is an awesome host and the house is very well equipped.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing villa. The check in process was a breeze as the property manger met us at seaplane base and drove us to location. Alan, the owner was a text away to answer any questions about the villa. The villa itself was just as pictured….beautiful! The place is very private.. we particularly loved the balcony and hearing the sound of crashing waves as we slept at night or had our coffee in the morning.. The small private pool was a wonderful amenity. (We left our floats behind for the next guests to enjoy.)You have everything you may need at the villa( although the beach chairs need an upgrade). Tough to find beach chairs at stores……luckily most beaches rent chairs for the day! We visited a different beach per day as well as a trip to Buck island. Sandy pointe beach was the nicest( keep in mind it’s only open on weekends so plan accordingly). Also, if you are active, do the hike to the tide pools…cool adventure,

Our best meal on the island was at AMA which is walking distance from villa. So good we almost visited twice!

We parked our car ‘unlocked’ across the street as the spot inside the villa is very tight. Rent a very small car if you want it to fit in villa lot. You will definitely need a car staying here. We used Centerline that was next to Seaplane base. Worked out well..

Would highly recommend this place for any couple looking for a romantic getaway. Relax and enjoy!

The property was exactly as described and Alan met our expectations and then some. The views overlooking the ocean are stunning and the property even had some amenities left from previous renters that made the stay even more enjoyable. Getting around the island was a bit of a hassle but that’s just the way it is on St Croix, we rented a jeep and highly recommend anyone staying on the island do the same. Again, can not speak more highly of Alan and his team they truly are all about going above and beyond in a day and age where that sort of customer service is all but forgotten. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Having been to St Croix before, we knew what to expect from the island but I must say this property was surprisingly outstanding in every sense. The pool stayed cool and refreshing with unmatched views. The covered decks were wonderful with a pretty consistent breeze to keep things cool both day and night. Dinners on the deck were perfect. Most nights we could see the lights of St Thomas/ St John in the distance. We had no problems with bugs or insects which is amazing given the proximity to the ocean. Maybe the occasional hermit crab would wonder by and the trees around the property were home to several iguanas. We loved to see the pelicans fly within 5-10 feet of the deck which happened almost every day.

The interior finishes were very nice and the kitchen had just about everything you would need. Fortunately the house also has a generator so the frequent power outages typical of St Croix were not a problem at all. In fact, the only way we knew there were power outages was the fact we could hear the generator running. The bed and couch was very comfortable. The wifi worked great and the TVs connected to Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime without any problem or streaming issues.

The location was outstanding. Only a short walk to Cane Bay Beach and conveniently close to Christiansted. It was quiet and private for the entire day.

Ok so just to be fair, I should share the very few items I felt were less than ideal. Parking was a challenge. The space behind the house was very tight and our SUV came close to sticking out into the road. Backing out of the space was difficult as you could not see the traffic but it was rare any cars were coming so not a huge deal. There is an area across the road where you could park and avoid the short and tight driveway if you prefer. The microwave was above the refrigerator which made it somewhat difficult to access. The door to the upper bedroom closet would not open all the way as it got stuck on the stone flooring. Again, not a big deal as it opened enough for us to get stuff in and out without any problem. That’s really it. Very minor items. The place was near perfect in every sense. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again if available.

Enjoyed every second of this stay. We were looking for a place on the ocean with a pool and complete privacy, and that is exactly what we got. The kitchen was well equipped, furniture was comfortable, and everything was perfect. Communication was great with Alan, and Tamia was very helpful when we arrived. This is the ideal home if you are looking for a beautiful place right on the water. The description of the home is very accurate. It is private and very peaceful. The waves rock you to sleep at night and wake you gently in the morning. My wife, with an interior decorating background, commented several times about how lovely and thoughtful the little touches throughout the house were – like the custom light fixtures created by an artist from St. John artist to the beautiful art on the walls in every room. Being a person that likes to cook, I found the kitchen to be extremely well-stocked. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for the perfect St. Croix vacation. We will be back someday. A+++

Wonderful property overlooking Cane bay.. waves crashing up on the rocks as you sleep..views were incredible. Several wonderful eateries just down the road.. super private, which we LOVED. This unit is new with upscale amenities. Super soft bath towels that my husband is now wanting me to purchase for our own home… the property owner was just a text away and answered any questions very promptly and readily available. We would def recommend this property and plan to return to St Croix and stay here again.

The location was fantastic! The house was very nice. It’s a nice location about halfway between Christiansted and Frederiksted. The pool is nice and the views are phenomenal! The only issue we had was that the AC in the house couldn’t keep up with the heat, even at night. Not sure if it needed service or what. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Our stay was wonderful! we were late arriving on the island. Andrew met us at the airport and had us follow him to the house. The house was just perfect- the views amazing and although it was hot during our stay we never needed to turn on the air conditioning as the breeze off the water was delightful. Some nights we just stayed in so we could enjoy the pool and sunsets off the patio. We found the Cane Bay location so convenient- great beaches and restaurants near by and just 30-35 minutes to Christenstead or Fredrickstead. we hope to return one day soon!

This was our first time to St Croix. We usually go to St John so we didn’t know much about island. We picked this location because it seemed centrally located and we had a jeep rental. This place was perfect. You can easily make it to either end of the island in 25 minutes. Cane bay beach is walkable and very nice. House was comfortable and we spent most of our time on outdoor patio watching the crashing waves (which also rock you to sleep)! House comes with a great cooler and beach chairs. We had a great stay and Alan was very responsive to any questions! I think this house could be a little dangerous for kids or “overly served” adults! We just had to watch our step in some areas but that is the payoff for being elevated with a view!!!

From booking to arrival to departure we were impressed. Alan was quick to respond to any questions from the very start and coordinated with Andrew and myself every step of the way. We were met at the airport by Andrew who was waiting as we got off the plane and as soon as we got our rental showed us to the store to grab some food and drinks before taking us to the house. Once to the house it was extremely clean and just as the pictures had shown. Amazing big rooms with great views not only from the bedrooms but from every room in the house. Very open and new furnishings and new throughout and not lacking anything you need to relax and feel at home. The kitchen island with the big stove was great to cook breakfast on with the bay doors open and perfect view of the ocean as the sun came up and just would sit out at the patio table over the ocean with drinks and breakfast and enjoy the sound of the waves below. Pool was perfect and overall the location was very private. Great night sleep with the windows and doors open with the sound of the waves to put you to sleep. Andrew gave us plenty of suggestions of places to visit and things to do around the island as well as there were some nice places to eat just a couple minute drive down the road with a great beach. After visiting around the island I can’t say I saw a better place to stay and unbeatable with everything it had to offer. I have no doubt this will become a regular trip and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I can’t state enough how impressed we were with the home and communication with Alan was very easy and made the trip not stressful in any way. Big props to both Alan and Andrew for making the vacation a great one and making the island feel more like a a home away from home.

My husband and I recently stayed at Oceans at Cane Bay and it was absolutely perfect! The house was amazing, the two master suites were perfect. The beds were comfortable, the showers were very nice. Waking up listening to the waves hit the shore was absolutely amazing! The house has air conditioning but we never turned it on. The breeze with the doors open and the multiple ceilings fans throughout the house kept everything perfectly cool. This house could not be closer to the ocean! We spent our evenings on the deck overlooking the ocean, watching for passing humpback whales (which we saw on 2 days!). The house was very private. Drew the caretaking met us at the airport and brought us to the house. He gave us tips on restaurants and things to do and was always available if we needed anything. Alan the owner was wonderful to work with. He was easy to communicate with and was committed to make sure we had everything we needed. The location near Cane Bay was ideal. It was a short drive or walk from 3 restaurants that were all very good and beautiful Cane Bay beach. We were about 20 minutes from both Christiansted and Fredericksted. We did 4 days of scuba diving with St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures (awesome experience, see my tripadvisor review). The island was wonderful. The people were friendly, the restaurants were good, the island and ocean were absolutely beautiful. Overall, the house was perfect. This was a wonderful experience and we will be sure to return!

Alan is the best to work with. Property is pretty secluded, but close to many fun things to do on the island. Clean, roomy, and has amazing views off of the deck and balconies. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy a little slice of paradise!
